We,ll meet every tuesday morning (10.15 to 11.30) to meditate and practice being present.
Space for beginners and those who already meditate and want to join a group meditation.
We,ll share practices from different traditions (active and silent meditations, with and without objects of meditation, mindfulness techniques ..), then we,ll open a space to share and practice being present.
